Delivery and logistics

Your delivery vehicles ready every morning

Your riders go out in the morning on your motorbikes or in your vans and come back at night: the vehicles stay yours. You pay for the servicing, the papers and the repairs, and a vehicle off the road is a day of deliveries lost. Flot Pilot keeps the state of each one, warns you before every deadline, and tells you what each costs per kilometre.

Every vehicle ready to go, every morning

Papers and servicing, flagged before they fall due

Insurance, technical inspection, oil change: every deadline has its date on the vehicle record, and the reminder goes out before. You renew in time, instead of losing a motorbike on a Monday morning over an inspection that ran out two weeks ago.

Servicing follows real mileage

A delivery vehicle covers in a week what an office car covers in a month. With a compatible GPS tracker, its odometer climbs on its own in Flot Pilot, and the next oil change falls at the right time, not three thousand kilometres late.

Who had which vehicle, and since when

The assignment follows the rider

Every vehicle knows who is riding it. When a rider switches machine, one move is enough and the history stays: the day of a fine or a scrape, you know who was holding the handlebars, without going back to the sign-out book.

Every rider’s file, up to date

Licence, documents, training: every rider has a file, with expiry dates on it. In the app they see their schedule and how their day went, and you send a notice to the whole team in one go.

What your fleet really costs you

Costs land on the vehicle that caused them

A tyre, a chain, a repair: the cost is logged against the vehicle concerned, the same day, with its amount. Receipts no longer pile up until month end, and you export the lot whenever your accountant asks for it.

Cost per kilometre, vehicle by vehicle

Over 30 and 90 days, the results sheet gives what each vehicle cost and its cost per kilometre. You compare two machines of the same model and see which one is worth replacing. A vehicle that has not moved all week stands out too.
