Ride-hailing and taxis

Run your ride-hailing fleet without losing your evenings

At night you still have to keep each driver’s balance, work out who has not paid, and guess what a car did with its day. Flot Pilot fetches the rides from the platform, takes mobile money payments without you typing anything, and shows you every morning what is missing and where your cars are.

The driver list in Flot Pilot: for each one, their vehicle, balance, payment record and last payment.

Your platforms, connected to the console

What the platform knows about your drivers comes into the console: rides and earnings, day by day. No more three tabs to open at night to find out who worked.

  • Yango Connected

Each driver’s rides and earnings land on their file, day by day, and the week’s targets are set in Yango’s own format. No API key needed: the Flot Pilot extension reads your Fleetroom from your browser. If your park has a Yango Fleet key, that works too.

  • Gozem Coming soon

The connector will follow the same path: the driver’s rides on their file, next to those from the other platform, for a fleet that runs on both.

  • Uber Coming soon

For fleets running where Uber operates. The connector will come on the same model as the others.

Today’s money

Every payment is posted without you typing a figure

Drivers pay by mobile money from their app, straight into the fleet’s account. As soon as the operator confirms, the entry lands in the cash book and their balance is recalculated. Cash handed over at the office takes two taps and counts the same.

  • Mobile money and cash in the same ledger
  • The fleet’s costs opposite, vehicle by vehicle
The fleet’s cash book: payments received by MTN MoMo and Moov Money, fuel and servicing costs, and the balance for the week.

The driver’s balance

You know where each one stands before you pick up the phone

Their file carries their balance, their payment record, their deposit and their advances. The last thirty days read at a glance: what was due, what came in. You call the one who is behind, not the whole fleet.

  • Drivers see in their app exactly what you see
  • Every entry carries its payment method and its date
A driver’s file: balance, payment record, deposit held, advances, and their payments over the last thirty days.

On the road

What looks wrong shows up while it is happening

With a compatible GPS tracker, every car sends its trips and its real mileage. A car that has not moved all day, a stop lasting more than three quarters of an hour, a speed above 90 km/h: it comes up on its own. You get the fact, the judgement stays yours.

  • Real mileage feeds the servicing schedule
  • The day’s assignment tells you who was at the wheel

The next driver

A car should not sit idle waiting for a replacement

Your application page carries your fleet’s name and colours. You share the link on Facebook or in WhatsApp groups, applicants fill in their own file, and you move them from one stage to the next until you hire.

What a ride-hailing fleet finds in the console

Every line is there from the day you open your account, except the one that carries its own state.

  • Yango rides and earnings on each driver’s file, day by day.
  • A weekly ride target per driver, in Yango’s format, next to what they actually did.
  • Mobile money payments from the driver’s app, posted without a single entry typed.
  • Each driver’s debt or advance, visible on your side and on theirs.
  • The morning round-up by email: who paid, what is missing, what needs a decision.
  • GPS tracking: positions, real mileage, stops that drag on, speeding.
  • Net result and cost per kilometre for each car, over 30 and 90 days.
  • Insurance, technical inspection and oil change reminders, before they fall due.
  • The platform’s takings set against the payment received, to read the gap. Coming soon
