Motorbikes and tricycles
You bought motorbikes or tricycles and handed them to drivers on hire-purchase, with a payment every day and a date when the bike becomes theirs. It all lives in a notebook, and every missed payment pushes the end of the contract back. At fifteen bikes, you no longer know to the franc where each one stands. Flot Pilot keeps every contract and recalculates what is left to pay at each payment, up to the day the bike changes hands.
Create the contract from the hire-purchase template, with the bike’s price and the payment rhythm. At each payment, Flot Pilot recalculates what is left to pay, and you read it on the driver’s record. A missed day shows at once.
The contract carries its own end: once the last payment is in, the bike passes to the driver, and the history stays in Flot Pilot. You see which bikes are still yours and which are on their way to their driver.
The driver opens the app and pays what they owe by mobile money. The money lands in the fleet’s account through FedaPay, with no hand in between. You watch the payment arrive and the driver’s balance update at the same moment.
A driver who turns up at the office with cash, it happens. The payment is noted in the console, on their account, and counts like any other. You keep one history for all your drivers, notes or mobile money.
With a compatible tracker, each bike reports its position. You see its trips for the day and its real mileage, the one that matters for the oil change and for judging whether the bike is actually working. A tricycle parked two days running stands out.
Insurance and roadworthiness test, oil change and tyres: each deadline has its date on the bike’s record, and the reminder goes out ahead of it. Expenses are logged against the bike that incurred them, and its results sheet tells you whether it still earns what it costs.
